Martijn Minderhoud (73) sits on the board of SSPF and is focal point for ESG. He worked for Shell for 39 years. The last position he held was that of advisor to EVP Exploration International and VP Portfolio and New Business Exploration. In these positions he headed efforts to identify and pursue new exploration opportunities for Shell worldwide. After he retired in 2013, Martijn started his own consultancy. He has a number of industrial companies among his clients. He graduated in 1974 at the University of Utrecht with an M.Sc in Experimental Physics.
On Arnold Gast
Arnold Gast studied economics at the Rijksuniversiteit in Groningen and received his postdoctoral master’s degree in Financial Analyses from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. For much of his career Arnold Gast worked at Delta LIoyd Asset Management, where he was in charge, among other things, of the Credits & Investment Office. He subsequently joined the board of ACTIAM as Chief Investment Officer. He has held the position of Risk & Investment Officer at the Shell Pensioenbureau Nederland B.V. since July 2019.
